Service Description

This is a stand-alone session. One hour long and for individuals who have a particular situation they want to work one on one. A Session Strategy form will be sent prior to the session, this facilitates our time together in being more productive. Although, I prefer to work with packages which include the discovery session, the individual session is for those clients who are new to coaching and want to try it out, or have done coaching and want to try my type of coaching.
