Service Description

This is a complimentary call via zoom, where we get to meet each other. This free session is where I see whether I am the best fit for you and you for me. We talk about your goals and the reasons you have chosen to incorporate coaching in your life. I talk about what you can expect from me and my type of coaching. If you are new to coaching, please come prepared with any questions you may have. This free call is 20 minutes, so we want to make the best of our time together.
