Discovery Session

Service Description

The discovery session is usually the first session that we do together when you purchase a package. The purpose of this session is to deepen our connection into learning what you need and what is impeding your success. A packet with many forms and questions is filled out prior to this session. This session is rich in work, rich in content, and has the ability for us to really get to know each other. Although, this session is part of a package, it can be purchased individually if you feel you want to explore the journey of coaching with more ample time than an individual session.
